Play Solana is shaping a new generation of gaming IP, identity-first, culture-driven, and built for a world where players own their progression.

Players were never meant to be simple avatars or static images. They are emerging identity layers designed to grow alongside the SuperHUB, gaining new meaning, context, and functionality as the ecosystem transitions from Genesis into Season 1. Together, Player1 and Player2 collections are the core of this evolution, each playing a distinct role in how identity, access, and progression will expand.

Through Genesis, Players emerged first as art and early access. As Season 1 approaches, they stand on the edge of their next transformation, from collectibles into living, evolving identity assets.

The journey continues, and the question ahead is clear: What's next?

Player1 - The Foundation

Launched in Q3 2024, Player1 is the genesis collection and one of the foundational pillars of the Play Solana SuperHUB.

It started from zero: no community, no hype, no guarantees. Only a vision and 2,000 people willing to believe in it. The quick sellout was not driven by speculation but by conviction. Those first 2,000 holders became the storytellers, the early supporters who understood what Play Solana could grow into long before the world did.

Their belief laid the groundwork for everything that followed: the creation of PSG1, the rise of PlayDEX, the introduction of the XP system, and the early momentum that shaped the SuperHUB.

Player1 NFTs remained scarce and foundational, offering holders long-term, high-tier benefits such as:

• Discounts and exclusive perks tied to PSG1
• 5% referral rewards for each PSG1 pre-order generated by the holder
• Staking multipliers and XP advantages (10,000 XP attached)
• Early access to Play Solana products and campaigns
• Allowlist access to external projects and partner drops

Player2 - The Expansion

Introduced in Q2 2025, Player2 expanded the universe and opened the door for the next generation of players inside the Play Solana SuperHUB.

It emerged at a different moment, not from nothing, but from momentum. The ecosystem was growing, the vision was clearer, and thousands more were ready to join. Player2 was created to welcome this new wave: accessible, culturally expressive, and built to scale.

Designed in collaboration with former DeGods artists, Player2 introduced a refreshed aesthetic and an expanded supply of 8,000 NFTs. It brought new mechanics, new economic hooks, and new ways for players to contribute to the growth of the ecosystem.

Each Player2 offered meaningful utility, including:

• Staking to earn additional XP
• 5,000 XP attached to every NFT
• Access to the $PLAY Community Pre-Sale
• Whitelists and early access to emerging Solana ecosystem projects

Where Player1 represents scarcity and origin, Player2 represents culture and expansion.

From Collectibles to Utility Assets

Season 1 begins with a live gaming handheld, a live token, and a live economy.

In this new phase, Players transition from symbolic collectibles into active, dynamic assets that shape the player experience across the SuperHUB. They are no longer just proof that you were early, they become the identity through which you move, progress, and evolve.

Here are the core utility features for Players in Season 1:

1. Staking Continues and BUMPS

Players can continue to be staked in Season 1, earning daily XP with increased output compared to Genesis. This reinforces long-term participation and rewards those who remain committed as the economy activates.

2. Web3 Battle Pass / Gaming Pass Functionality

Players act as on-chain Battle Passes for the SuperHUB. Holding a Player unlocks premium features, reduced fees across platforms and games, and a layer of exclusive perks tied directly to gameplay and progression.

3. NFTs with Voting Power

With the launch of $PLAY, community-driven decisions enter the Play Solana SuperHUB. In addition to $PLAY governance, Players receive their own dedicated voting power, giving holders a direct voice in shaping how incentives, access, and future ecosystem features evolve.

4. In-Game Identity and Utility

Player1 serves as the primary playable identity inside PlaySolana: Origins and is required to unlock the maximum XP available through the one-save mechanic.

Player2 will appear as playable characters in upcoming Play Solana titles and will receive its own dedicated game experience, expanding the identity layer for a broader audience. More details will be revealed soon.

While more features will be introduced progressively, the direction is already clear: in Play Solana, identity should unlock utility.
