PURCHASE POLICY & DEPOSIT TERMS

Last Updated: October 6, 2025

This Policy explains, in a clear and straightforward way, how purchases, pre-orders, and deposits work at Play Solana. It follows the structure and logic of Sections 3 and 4 of the Play Solana Terms of Service and does not add new obligations or alter your rights. Its only purpose is to make those same rules easier to understand, so you know exactly what happens when you place an order, pay a deposit, or confirm a purchase.

You should always read this Policy together with the Terms of Service, which remain the binding contract governing offers, acceptance, payments, confirmations, cancellations, and delivery. If there is any difference in wording, the Terms of Service prevail, and this Policy must be interpreted consistently with them. For returns after delivery, the Return & Refund Policy applies; for defects or service issues, see the PSG1 Warranty Policy.

Play Solana’s goal is full transparency from the moment you join a waiting list or reserve a product to the final confirmation of your purchase. By explaining each step- offer, deposit, confirmation, fulfilment, and withdrawal rights - we want every customer to know precisely what is being agreed and when each right starts to apply, with no ambiguity and no hidden conditions.

PURCHASE PROCESS OVERVIEW

(This overview is for quick reference only. Full details are in the sections below.)

STEPWHAT HAPPENSYOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. Place Order
/ Pay Deposit
You submit your order and, where applicable, pay a deposit to reserve your unit. At this stage, your order is only an offer to buy and no contract yet exists. You may cancel freely before Play Solana confirms your order. The deposit is refunded in full unless production or allocation has already started. (No withdrawal right exists yet because the contract has not been formed.)
2. Order ConfirmedPlay Solana verifies payment and sends a final confirmation. This is when the contract of sale is formed. From this point, your legal right of withdrawal is established. It means that once the product is delivered, you can change your mind and withdraw within the legal period, if applicable.
3. DeliveryThe product is shipped and delivered to your address. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a person you designate receives the product. You may then withdraw under the Return & Refund Policy or make a warranty claim if needed.
4. After DeliveryYou decide whether to keep the product. You may exercise your withdrawal right within the applicable cooling-off period (if applicable) or request assistance under the PSG1 Warranty Policy.

SCOPE AND APPLICATION

This Policy applies to every purchase or reservation made directly from Play Solana through our official online Store. It covers pre-orders and deposits for the PSG1 console, its accessories, and any other physical product sold under the Play Solana brand.

It does not apply to digital content, wallet keys, or software licences, which are covered by the Terms of Use and any specific licence agreements shown when you access or download those products.

Every purchase or reservation made through our Store forms part of a single legal relationship between you (the buyer) and Play Solana (the seller). The rules that follow are designed to make that relationship predictable: when you place an order, when you pay a deposit, when we confirm acceptance, and when the order becomes final.

All transactions are processed according to the consumer-protection laws of the country where the product is delivered. Those laws take priority over anything stated in this Policy. Whenever a national rule grants you stronger protection or additional rights, that law will automatically prevail.

PLACING AN ORDER AND PAYING A DEPOSIT

When you place an order or join a pre-order queue, you are making an offer to buy a Play Solana product under the conditions shown at checkout. In some cases, we may require a deposit to confirm your reservation. This deposit shows your genuine intention to buy and allows us to allocate production and delivery slots fairly.

The deposit amount and any applicable taxes are displayed clearly before you confirm payment. Once the deposit is received, Play Solana will send you a confirmation email acknowledging the reservation. This confirmation does not yet create a final contract of sale; it confirms that your place in the production or delivery queue has been secured.

A binding contract of sale is formed only when Play Solana sends you a second confirmation stating that your order has been accepted for fulfilment and that your payment has been processed in full. From that point, the full Terms of Service apply, including delivery, warranty, and return rights.

All payments are handled through authorised and secure payment providers. Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes, duties, and standard delivery charges unless otherwise stated. If your local law requires it, you will also receive an invoice showing the breakdown of these amounts.

NATURE OF THE DEPOSIT

The deposit is a partial advance payment made to reserve your unit before it is manufactured or shipped. It is not a separate product or service; it forms part of the total purchase price of the item you are reserving.

Once Play Solana confirms your reservation, the deposit becomes non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law or if Play Solana cancels the order for reasons beyond your control. This rule ensures fairness for all customers and reflects the genuine production and logistics costs involved in securing limited launch batches.

If you later complete your purchase, the deposit is automatically deducted from the final price. If Play Solana is unable to fulfil your reservation - for example, due to production limits, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure - you will receive a full refund of the deposit using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

No interest or additional compensation is payable on refunded deposits unless required by law.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

After your deposit is received, Play Solana will review your reservation details, confirm product availability, and verify payment. Once this verification is complete, you will receive a final order confirmation stating that your purchase has been accepted and scheduled for fulfilment. This is the moment when the contract of sale is formally created between you and Play Solana.

From that point onward, both parties have binding obligations: you are required to complete any remaining payment balance, and Play Solana is required to prepare and deliver the product in accordance with the Terms of Service.

If payment cannot be verified or the order cannot be fulfilled for reasons such as product unavailability, regional restrictions, or compliance issues, the reservation will be cancelled, and your deposit will be refunded in full. You will receive written notice of any such cancellation.

Until Play Solana issues the final confirmation, no sale contract exists, and we are not obliged to deliver. Your reservation, however, remains valid and prioritised unless you request cancellation before confirmation, in which case the rules on Withdrawal Before Confirmation (below) will apply.

WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION BEFORE CONFIRMATION

Before Play Solana issues the final order confirmation, you may withdraw your reservation by sending an email to legal@playsolana.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

If your withdrawal request is received before the confirmation of acceptance, Play Solana will cancel the reservation and refund the deposit in full, unless production or allocation for your unit has already started. Once the order enters production or has been assigned to a confirmed delivery batch, the deposit becomes non-refundable, except where required by consumer-protection law.

This approach follows the logic set out in the Terms of Service: it balances flexibility for the customer with fairness toward other buyers waiting in the same production queue.

If Play Solana delays confirmation beyond a reasonable time, or if a confirmed shipping schedule cannot be offered, you may also withdraw and request a full refund of the deposit. Refunds are always made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

CANCELLATION BY PLAY SOLANA

Play Solana may cancel a reservation or confirmed order in limited situations where fulfilment becomes impossible or unlawful. These include cases of suspected fraud, payment not being successfully processed, errors in product information or pricing, restrictions on delivery to the destination country, regulatory limitations, or unexpected production constraints.

If a cancellation occurs before the contract of sale is formed, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If the contract has already been confirmed, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including any delivery charges, and the order will be considered void without further obligation for either party.

Whenever a cancellation is necessary, Play Solana will notify you promptly in writing, explain the reason, and confirm the refund process. No administrative or cancellation fees will ever be charged in these circumstances.

DELIVERY AND FULFILMENT

Once your order has been confirmed and payment verified, Play Solana will schedule production and delivery according to the timelines stated in your confirmation email. Delivery dates are indicative and depend on product availability, logistics capacity, and import or customs clearance requirements in your region.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your product has been dispatched. Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout. Until that moment, Play Solana remains responsible for the product.

If your delivery is delayed for reasons within our control, you have the right to request either a new delivery date or to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Delays caused by external events - including customs inspection, force majeure, or carrier issues - do not entitle you to compensation but will always be handled transparently, and our support team will keep you informed until delivery is complete.

For information about withdrawal after delivery or defective items, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy and the PSG1 Warranty Policy, which describe your post-delivery rights in full detail.

INTERACTION WITH OTHER POLICIES AND CONTACT
